The (relatively) newly formed American Association of Chemistry Teachers (AACT) is seeking a High School Ambassador to serve on its 2015-16 Governing Board. I have put forward my name as a candidate for the position.

The voting stage starts on May 20th and goes through June 5th. Only AACT members may vote.

I think that I have a unique combination of teaching experience, publishing credits, skills and a profile that be a positive influence on the board and can serve. You can read a little more about my thoughts on my nomination on the AACT web site as soon as the voting opens at 12 PM on 5/20.
